Be Your Own Medicine is Janet’s upcoming book and professional training program that integrates all of her forty years of study, practice and healing work assisting healing professionals and everyone who is dedicated to self healing on profound levels.

Soul Shamanism is a spiritual awakening and healing path that aligns with Be Your Own Medicine. Shamanism is a path of honoring and working with awareness, the elements and spirit in all things. Teachings and practices from many traditions are included in the healing and classes.
